So... I'm here. Yep, in San Francisco. Saaaaan Franciscoooooo... huh? I don't know dude, it still hasn't hit me yet. I live here? In this room in this apartment? No, in this beautiful, amazing city.
Actually, if you guys wanna' know a secret, I'm kinda' homesick. It's not that I miss the Valley, it's just that I miss the comfort of knowing where everything is, and everybody around me. Up until now, San Francisco has been the city I visit on my way to/from my Uncle Dan's house. Now it's where I live? I guess!
The drive up wasn't as bad as expected. Only 5 1/2 hours! Really good time! Shane and I only stopped once too. My camera is being funky, I think it wants to fight. If it starts working again, and my wonderful, ghetto fabulous laptop decides it can take uploading pictures, I'll totally post pictures and whatnot.
Right now is a funky time. I'm sitting on the floor waiting for some people to come online so I can tell them I'm safe and alive. Part of me wants to go home to see my brother again, and even my mom. The other part of me wants to finish unpacking so I can attempt to sleep, or just sit here on the computer listening to Angel (live at Folsom Field).
I'm feeling pretty lonley right now, actually, I know it's going to take some time to get used to things. If anyone out there is bored, feel free to text me or something. I can tell you right now, it would just about make my day to hear from some of you people. [(818) 271-7280].

now that i got that out of the way, i still think it's really cool that you are there. and i know exactly how you feel with the whole "lonely/homesick/what do i do now?" feeling. the best thing i can say to do is to listen to a lot of music and just go with the flow.

I was lonely too when I first got here. I was always on the brink of crying for about two or three days. Then I got used to it. I still feel homesick a bit, but not nearly as much as before. You will too! :)
